Hey everyone! Just a little more information!
Depending on where and when you eat, there is varying attire that is acceptable. In the Windjammer cafe that is the buffet that is located near the pools, it is pretty flexible. You can go into this restuarant in your bathing attire, shorts, etc.
In the Main Dining Room, please wear shorts, shoes and a shirt for lunch. No tank tops (or so I have been told). For dinner in the Main Dining Room, please plan to wear slacks and a nice golf shirt for men. For the women, please wear slacks/skirt and a shirt or a dress. Everyone wear shoes to dinner! LOL!
There are formal nights in the Main Dining Room as well and you will see people in a tux and nice gowns. I think John and I only did that on like two of our cruises then we just opted for a nice pair of pants and shirt for him and a "Sunday" dress for me. We don;t prefer to pack all of the fancy stuff. If you do like to get dressed up though... Go for it! I will say that the people really do look nice on formal nights! And if you are dressed up, you can get your photo taken as well!
In most of the other restaurants, I would think this is the same - i.e. casual during the day and a little nicer at night.
Anyone hungry? I'm talking about all of these dining rooms and I am getting hungry! LOL!
