Hey everyone! I just heard about a "top secret" party that is thrown on the Allure! It's the Prohibition Party! From what I am hearing the party is held on the 5th night in the Jazz on 4 lounge in Entertainment Place. The cost is $35 per guest and includes entertainment, appetizers and alcoholic beverages. You must reserve a spot at this party. you cannot just show up. It is a secret after all!
From what I have read, some people even dress up in their best 1920's attire! The party is limited to about 50 people and it is "very" secret as the people attending get a lapel pin and password to enter. You should not provide anyone else with this password!
You get a racing form and $200 bucks in old money and in between the live entertainment, you can bet on the horse races that are playing on the old time radios in the club. It sounds really cute and like a lot of fun!
There are showgirls "flappers", gangsters, old time press photographers, and a jazz band as well.
Beware though as there might be a raid by some Keystone cops who are trying to figure out where this party is and bust it up!
The party lasts about 2 1/2 hours.
